                                     IF we consider ring vortex theory of particle physics, than this question is pretty nonsense. But interplanetary magnetic field is very important for ring vortex theory. While examining daha of interplanetary magnetic field, and earth's dipolar magnetic field, we estimated how interplanetary magnetic field must affect earth's magnetic field. It was easy to find photos of this phenomena and it was consistent with our expectations. But for a while , there were no contradictions. But in the end we resulted in that Earth's magnetic field's change of shape was constant, but The earth was not always inside interplanetary magnetic field. Therefore when The Earth is not in that magnetic field , Earth's magnetic field must became symmetrical and earth's magnetic field must disappear. At the same time , earth is sometime inside a inward magnetic field toward the sun, at those times earth's magnetic tail must be inward and towards the sun. AT the same time we learned that other scientist who are not knowing anything about ring vortex theory resulted  in that earth's magnetic field is canging not because of interplanetary magnetic field, but because of solar wind, particle wind. This behaviour was interesting since it was exactly a magnetic field behaviour. We first estimated that there must be a secret magntic field among those particle , a frozen magnetic field must happen in order to change the earth's magnetic field that way. Maybe it is surprising to know that scientist dont know anything about ring vortex theory were saying same thing, they were even using same words , "frozen magnetic field. They thought same thing as me i dont know how they reached that result. Of course actually they are talking about something entirely different than what i mean. But since we know ring vortex theory, we know much more than them. For example electron currents are behaving exactly like magnetic fields in one more place: biot sawarat law.
                                      Biot sawarat law in electircity is well known, but biot sawarat law in fluid mechanics is a less known law. These two laws are totally same, thats why same name is given to the other. In fluid mechanics case, if a liquid is flowing not thicker than a wire, in a liquid filling the whole universe, than there is a biot-sawarat liquid flow around that flow. This current is exactly same shape and direction as magnetic field around a wire. This phenomena is second case charged particle currents are behaving exactly like magnetic field. What was happening.
                                      Inside supercunductors, another same case is happening, electron current is behaving exactly same as liquid current. inside supercunductors, if magnetic field in the direction perpendicular to vortices were possible, than ring vortex theory predict that a lorentz force must be acted on a magnetic vortex. But suprising thing was that when there is electron current perpendicular to magnetic vortices, a lorentz force is acting on magnetic vortices. Another case charged particle currents were behaving same way as magnetic field. 
                                      
                                      But in the end, we found a phenomena inside superconductors meaning that this behaviours are not true, electron current is not a magnetic field, and far from it. WE may mention about that phenomena later.
                                       We dont know why particle winds are sometimes have affects exactly same as aether movement's affect. we know only 3 of them mentioned above. It is a secret for now.
